From 15–22 October 2025, a dynamic Erasmus+ Training Course took place in Kemer, Turkey, bringing together 33 inspiring youth workers and changemakers from Germany, Bulgaria, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Türkiye.
The project aimed to strengthen key entrepreneurial qualities — leadership, self-empowerment, time management, risk assessment, and teamwork — empowering participants to become future entrepreneurs and job creators within their communities.
Through interactive sessions, collaboration, and non-formal learning activities, participants:
– Explored the values and mindset behind successful entrepreneurship.
– Learned to design and develop social enterprise ideas addressing local and societal challenges.
– Gained practical tools to mentor young people toward innovation and self-employment.
– Strengthened teamwork, creativity, and confidence to inspire positive change.
Special thanks to our wonderful trainer, Nana Zazadze, for her inspiring guidance, expertise, and creative facilitation throughout the training. Her contribution made the learning experience truly impactful!
This initiative contributes to building a resilient and entrepreneurial Europe, where young people are encouraged to take ownership of their ideas, pursue their passions, and shape a more sustainable future.
